Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itod Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
